What is Partial Truth?
Isn't it same as Lies?
Does it hold any benefit? Let's see.
From what I understand, Partial Truth is more like a middle ground between the Truth & a Lie. The most common way it happens is when information is held back (period).
Now, you may raise a very valid argument that the corporate world is a cutthroat competitive jungle, & that those who don't bend only offend their own growth prospects. After all, the phrase 'knowledge is power' aptly applies to the corporate sector.
I beg to differ!
I strongly believe that Truth alone sets free your growth prospects. In the professional world, people at both ends of a business arrangement understand that things don't always work as planned; functionalities and processes may lag behind or even breakdown altogether (& the rest of the craziest possibilities).
I'm of the view that genuinely informing your clients & customers that certain delays are happening (or have happened) & keeping them posted about the progress from time to time is the best way to sail.
However if these delays are a regular feature of your functioning, then one thing is sure; it is out of habit that you are messing up at plans & deliverables, & there's no cure to it, other than breaking the habit!
